Prevent Young Leaders Event 2023
Our annual Prevent Young Leaders event this year took place on Tuesday 7th February, and we were incredibly fortunate to be able to host three fantastic speakers – Nadia Benyahia, Travis Frain and Ray Douglas. All three speakers delivered talks that provided unique insight and personal perspectives into lives that have been irrevocably changed by acts of terrorism and extremism; from losing a loved one, to being a direct victim of an act of terrorism and how the UK’s youth are responding to today’s societal pressures. An invaluable experience for all staff and students involved.
