The College operates across two closely located campuses, next to the University of Leicester on University Road and a smaller campus at Regent Road.
We are looking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to support the Head of Welfare and Skills in the provision of the efficient, responsive and flexible leadership of the College’s welfare and skills function in order to ensure the provision of the best possible experiences and outcomes for students, as well as fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will need to hold a minimum of 2 A Levels or Level 3 qualifications, along with English and Maths qualifications. Previous experience of working with young people within a welfare/support role with a confidential capacity is essential along with experience in an educational environment being desirable.

This is a full-time, term-time permanent post commencing as soon as possible.
The salary banding for this post will be 19 – 22 which ranges from £35,158 to £38,420 per annum (pro rata). The actual starting salary is £30,517.
