The College operates across two closely located campuses, next to the University of Leicester on University Road and a smaller campus at Regent Road.

We are looking to appoint a self-motivated and enthusiastic addition to support our Welfare and Skills team to develop and co-ordinate support for students with welfare and mental health difficulties, along with being a member of the college safeguarding team.

The successful candidate will need to hold a minimum of 2 A Levels, along with English and Maths qualifications.   Previous experience of working with young people with administration and confidential capacity are essential along with experience in an educational environment being desirable.

This is a permanent, full-time, term-time post commencing as soon as possible with a competitive salary on the SFCA support pay spine.

The salary banding for this post will be 11 – 14 which ranges from £27,532 to £30,119 per annum (pro rata). The actual starting salary for this post is £23,898 but may be negotiated based on experience.
