WQE’s two flagship Careers events are taking place this term.
The sixth annual University Exhibition is on Tuesday 25 March from 10.30am – 2.30pm at Regent Road. We will be welcoming over 70 Universities from across the UK and students will be able to talk to representatives and find out more about entry requirements, courses, the application process, careers and any questions they have related to University and the UCAS process.
Please note as this takes place during the College day this event is open to WQE students only.
This is followed by the WQE Careers Fair which will take place on Thursday 3 April between 6 and 8 pm at the University Road campus. This will be our biggest event yet with over 55 employers confirmed across a range of sectors including engineering and construction, health (NHS), business, law, finance, accounting, technology, retail, the Armed Forces, Uniformed services, Energy, the Voluntary sector; Utilities and more. Employers confirmed include Deloitte, Barclays, Mazars, Pick Everard, National Grid, Samworth Brothers, Jaguar Land Rover, IBM, E.ON, Dunelm and many more!
A full list of exhibitors will be emailed to you closer to the event. This is a fantastic opportunity for students to talk to employers and find out about Higher and Degree Apprenticeships and careers more generally. All WQE students and parents are more than welcome to attend, it promises to be a great event!
