Confirmation of this along with information about other post-results services and support options will be posted to the Exams Hub on WQE online. Post Results Service
The JCQ Post Results Services document explains more about the different options available after you’ve received your exam results. A form needs to be completed (see below) and submitted to the Exams Team (exams@wqe.ac.uk) so they can make sure that it reaches the relevant exam board ahead of the deadline. Different options have their own deadlines and pricing.
Some options are free but some need to be paid for – this information is laid out in the information sheet below. Please refer to this before submitting your form for processing. You can make a payment by logging into Wisepay and then selecting the relevant option.

We will be hosting a collection day for 2025 exam certificates on Tuesday 14th July from 9:30-15:00 in G01, University Road Campus. Please read all the below information before using the link to book a slot. You can come at any point during the 30-minute slot you select.
If you are unable to collect them on this date, you can use WisePay to pay for postage to your home address. You must inform us on exams@wqe.ac.uk if this has changed since leaving college. We will also be holding regular opportunities for collection each working day between 3-4pm. You can register to attend one of these sessions at the link below.
- You must bring photographic ID with you. This could be a driver’s license or passport, for example.
- Please only book onto a session if you are sure that you can attend.
- If you have already paid for delivery, there is no need to book a session – your certificates will be posted to you.
- Please do not attend if you have not booked a session as we will not have your certificates available to collect.
- If you are unable to collect your certificates yourself, you can nominate a member of your immediate family to do so on your behalf. Please book an appointment in your own name, then email your details and the full name of the person collecting your certificate to exams@wqe.ac.uk – they will need to bring photographic ID of their own.
- You should use the outside door to access G01 (located on the side of the G building opposite the car park at University Road).
